  • How do I setup an account?

    Accounts can be created a few ways: - Click "Sign up" at the upper right corner and set up your account. - You can also login using your Google or Facebook account, click “Log In” and select your preferred login method.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    If you forgot your password, follow the steps. Step 1: Click “Forgot Password and enter your email address to reset the password. Step 2: A password retrieval email will be sent to your email address. Step 3: Click “Reset Password” and set your new password. Step 4: Relogin to your account with new password.

  • How can I delete my account?

    1. Via Email: Send an email to Helpdesk@gohub.com.my with your account's email address, requesting account deletion. 2 . Through the App: a. Download our app from the Play Store or App Store. b. Log in to your account. c. Navigate to your profile. d. Click on "Request Account Deletion."

  • How does it work?

    Upon successful purchase, all booking confirmation and tickets will be sent to your registered email address. You can share the tickets to your friends or family, if you have booked on behalf of them.
